QUICKSTART / SUBSCRIPTION IMPORT

WrVPN Connection Guide

Follow the account, plan, subscription, client, and verification steps to complete the initial setup. Each step focuses only on the action currently required; protocol choices and route behavior are covered in the technical reference.

ACCOUNT

Create a username and password

Start by opening the WrVPN user panel and creating an account. No email address is required; enter a username and password you plan to use long term. The username is used for future sign-ins and account identification, while the password should be stored separately and never reused with a public nickname or a commonly used password from another site. Check the details before submitting, especially capitalization, spaces, and keyboard input mode, to avoid sign-in problems later.

After a successful submission, the page will open the user panel or ask you to sign in again. Use the username and password you just set, then confirm that you can see the account overview, plans, client downloads, and support ticket areas. Future steps for ordering a plan, getting your subscription, and opening the client download area are all handled in this panel, so make sure the sign-in works before continuing.

If the page remains unchanged after submission, read the message near the input fields instead of submitting repeatedly. Common causes include a username format that does not meet the page requirements or two password entries that do not match. Correct the details as instructed and submit again. If the account was created but you still cannot open the panel, visit the Help Center and check the account and sign-in categories. Account recovery is outside the scope of this page so the first-connection flow stays focused.

First Month Free No email address is required—create an account with a username and password.

PLAN

Choose a plan based on monthly data usage

After signing in, open the Plans section in the user panel. WrVPN monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month with 60GB, ¥18/month with 250GB, and ¥28/month with 500GB; data resets monthly from the activation date. Consider your main usage first: lighter plans may suit occasional research and messaging, while video streaming, file syncing, or use across multiple devices calls for more data throughout the billing period.

The number of devices does not determine the price; this service supports unlimited devices. Keep in mind that multiple devices share the data available on the account, so “how many devices can connect” and “how much data is needed per period” are separate questions. Choose based on actual transfer volume rather than device count alone. If you are unsure, start with the tier closest to your current needs and adjust after reviewing the usage records.

After choosing a plan, open the order confirmation page and check the plan name, data allowance, and total amount. Then pay with Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT. Do not repeatedly go back during payment or create duplicate orders. If payment is complete but the user panel still shows a pending status, refresh the order or account overview first. If it still has not updated, submit the order details through a panel ticket for support to review rather than paying for the same order again.

In addition to monthly subscriptions, WrVPN offers data packages that remain valid until used: ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. These packages suit users who do not want a monthly reset, but beginners should understand the difference between monthly subscriptions and data packages before choosing. See the Plans and Pricing page for billing details, upgrade credits, and a plan comparison. This service offers a 7-day no-questions-asked refund; follow the refund policy for application details.

View Plans in the Panel Check the data allowance, billing period, and payment amount before ordering.

SUBSCRIPTION

Get the subscription link from the account overview

After the order takes effect, return to the account overview and find the subscription information section. This subscription link is not a regular webpage address; it is the entry point clients use to read route configuration. Click Copy, keep the link temporarily in the clipboard on the current device, and switch directly to the client to import it. The link is tied to account access, so do not post it in forums, group chats, screenshots, or other public places, and do not give it to untrusted websites for parsing.

If you need to recognize the link format, use only the clearly fake value below. It cannot connect to WrVPN and contains no real account information:

https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN

Always copy the real link from the account overview after signing in; this page does not display a static subscription address. If the Copy button does nothing, select the link and use the system copy function, then paste it into a local text field to confirm that it is complete. Do not submit the full link to a search engine or online checker. If neither the beginning nor the end is missing and the pasted value remains one continuous line, continue to the client import step.

The subscription and the client have different roles: the client establishes the system connection, while the subscription link provides the client with the routes currently available to the account. Installing the client without importing the subscription usually leaves no WrVPN routes to choose from; copying the subscription without a compatible client cannot start a connection. After this step, continue with the section for your platform and skip the others.

Open Account Overview Import it directly into the client on this device; do not use a third-party website.

CLIENT IMPORT

Import the subscription on your device

All platforms follow the same basic process: get the appropriate client from the user panel, open the subscription or configuration section, paste the subscription link, update it, and choose a region from the route list. Interface labels vary by client, but you do not need to enter server addresses, ports, or protocol parameters manually.

Get the client

WINDOWS

Windows: import from subscription management

On your Windows device, sign in to the user panel, open the client download area, and obtain the Windows client using the method shown there. This page does not provide a direct installer link because the client entry and account status are managed through the user panel. After installation, launch the client and look for “Subscription Management,” “Configuration Management,” or a similarly named page. Do not enter parameters one by one in an individual route editor.

In subscription management, choose Add Remote Subscription or Import from URL, then paste the link copied from the account overview into the address field. You can name it WrVPN to distinguish it from other configurations on the device. Save it, click Update or Refresh, and wait for the route list to appear. If the page reports a successful import but the list is empty, confirm that you are viewing the subscription group you just added, then run one manual update.

Once the routes appear, choose a region that matches your destination and enable the client’s system proxy or connection switch. Windows may ask for network permission; follow the system prompt to allow the current client to establish the connection. Do not run other network proxy tools at the same time, as multiple programs may modify the system network settings. When the client shows that it is connected, continue to the connection verification section on this page.

MACOS

macOS: add a remote configuration

macOS users also begin in the client download area of the user panel. After installation, open the client and look for the subscription, profile, or remote configuration section in the menu bar icon or main window. macOS clients often place key actions in the top menu bar. If the main window has no obvious Add button, expand the client menu in the menu bar instead of repeatedly opening System Settings.

Choose Add Configuration via URL, paste the complete subscription link, and save it. Then run an update so the client can read the routes currently available to the account. After the import, you should see several regions or route names. If you see only the default configuration, the client is usually still using its built-in local profile; switch the configuration list to the WrVPN subscription you just added.

Choose a route and start the connection. The first time the system allows the client to take over network configuration, it may ask you to confirm local permissions; follow the system dialog. Keep the client running after the connection is established and do not immediately quit the menu bar app. If the connection does not recover after closing and reopening the device, disconnect and reconnect in the client instead of deleting and importing the subscription again. For sleep recovery, routing modes, and resource usage, see the Technical Reference.

ANDROID

Android: add a configuration from a link

On your Android device, open the client entry through the user panel and then open the configuration page after preparing the client. Find the Add button and choose Import from clipboard, Import from URL, or Import subscription link. Depending on the interface, the option may be in the upper-right menu or at the bottom of the configuration list. Choose remote-link import, not local-file import.

Paste the subscription link, save it, and run an update. When the route list finishes loading, choose a region and tap Connect. Android will show a system network connection authorization window. This permission allows the current client to establish an encrypted network connection. Confirm it, return to the client, and check that the connection status changes. If you denied the system permission, the client will usually remain disconnected; tap Connect again and complete the authorization.

When switching between mobile and Wi-Fi networks, the existing connection may need to be re-established. If a webpage suddenly stops loading, first check whether the client still shows as connected, then disconnect and reconnect. Do not arbitrarily restrict the client’s background activity in the system battery settings; otherwise, switching apps or locking the screen may cause the system to pause the connection. Background-management locations vary by device manufacturer; check the Help Center under connection issues for the relevant entry.

IOS

iOS: import into a compatible client

iOS users should first sign in to the user panel and read the instructions for getting the appropriate client. After preparing an iOS client that supports subscription-link import, open its configuration or subscription page and choose Add URL, Remote Subscription, or Import from Clipboard. Do not paste the subscription link into a browser address bar; a browser is not a route client and cannot establish the system connection.

Paste the subscription link from the account overview into the import field, save it, and refresh the configuration. When the regional route list appears, choose the route you need and turn on the connection switch. During the first connection, iOS will show a system network configuration prompt; follow the system interface to allow the configuration to be added. Return to the client and confirm that the status shows Connecting or Connected before testing the target app.

If the system status bar shows a network connection but the target app still uses its previous network session, fully close the app and reopen it. When switching routes, it is also best to disconnect first, choose the new route, and reconnect so the app creates a new session. If a subscription update fails, do not immediately delete every configuration. Return to the account overview, copy the link again, replace the address in the existing subscription entry, and refresh it.

VERIFY

Connect and confirm the exit region

After importing the subscription, choose a region matching your destination from the client’s route list and start the connection. For the first test, use a nearby region with a more direct path and avoid switching between multiple clients or changing routes repeatedly. Wait until the client clearly shows Connected, then open a new browser window for verification to reduce confusion from old connections and cached data.

Open WrVPN’s IP Lookup page to view the current exit IP and associated region. The key is not to memorize the exact address, but to confirm that the displayed region has changed from the local network exit to the region of the route you selected. If it has not changed, first check that the client has actually enabled the system connection, then confirm that the active configuration comes from the WrVPN subscription rather than another local profile in the client.

After the exit region is correct, open the website or app you actually need to use. Loading the lookup page does not mean every destination will work with the same route; services may respond differently based on the exit region, network path, and session state. If a destination fails to load, try another route in the same region and reopen the target app. Route type, packet loss, peak-hour congestion, and protocol differences require further troubleshooting; see the Technical Reference for a systematic guide.

ROUTINE

Keep the subscription and route list updated

After the first successful connection, you do not need to import the subscription again every time. Usually, just open the configured client, update the existing subscription, choose a route, and connect. Updating makes the client reread the routes currently available to the account. If the route list has not changed for a long time, an old route is unavailable, or the panel says the configuration has changed, refresh the subscription instead of editing individual route parameters manually.

Keep the subscription link in the client’s remote configuration; do not replace it with a single server entry copied from a webpage. Remote subscriptions make centralized updates possible, while manually splitting the configuration leaves old client entries out of sync with account changes. When changing devices, sign in to the user panel on the new device and copy the subscription link again. This service supports unlimited devices, but all devices share the data in the account plan, so check usage in the account overview regularly.

When connection problems occur, start with a focused check: confirm the plan status, refresh the subscription, try another route in the same region, restart the client, and verify the exit region again. Only if these steps fail should you open the Help Center and browse the account, connection, speed, or billing categories. When submitting a ticket, include the device platform, the stage where the problem occurred, and the client message. Do not include the complete subscription link in public content.

This guide has covered the complete path from account creation to connection verification. To compare the design trade-offs of Shadowsocks, VMess, Trojan, VLESS, Hysteria2, and TUIC, or understand how direct routes, transit routes, and dedicated routes affect latency and stability, continue to the Protocol and Route Technical Reference. These topics help with further route selection but are not prerequisites for the first connection.

Setup complete

Next time: update the subscription → choose a route → verify the connection

Once the account, plan, and subscription are configured, everyday use only requires the existing client. When troubleshooting an issue, open the relevant section from the Help Center based on the symptoms.
